The Wild Rest

A mission to combine wildlife habitats and sustainable materials within housing developments. Situated along Roxwell Rd in Chelmsford, Essex Warren Farm is an existing development site with a proposal for 800 dwellings. My design aims to match the 800 dwelling requirement and redesign the 50 hectare site using nature led solutions, considering ecological housing and landscape design methods.
