Each year at the WUC Design Degree Show a number of Landscape Architecture & Garden Design awards go to students that have shown excellence in particular areas. These awards are generously sponsored by industry-specific sponsors.

Best Use of Hard Landscape Materials

New for 2020, CED Stone Group are sponsoring the award for the Best Use of Hard Landscape Materials.
In the first two days of the exhibition representatives from CED will evaluate the students' work. The winning student will have shown real flair and creativity.
CED specialise in the supply of natural stone paving and facilitate the use of stone throughout the landscape and construction industries.

People’s Choice Award
The Essex Gardens Trust People's Choice Award can be voted for by the visiting public from 12pm on 27th May to 12pm on 29th May. Visit the link below to cast your vote.
EGT shares its love of gardens and landscapes, their design, making, history and the stories that surround them; and it works to foster that love in others by organising events for the interest and enjoyment of their members and the wider public.

Fabrik will be awarding two students with design awards for the Best Innovative Project (undergraduate and postgraduate).
Fabrik are a firm of Landscape Architects, Landscape Planners, Urban Designers and Arboriculturists who bring an innovative, research led approach to the design and use of our external environment.

Best Exhibition Piece
Gillespies will once again be bestowing one LAGD student with the award for Best Exhibition Piece.
Gillespies deliver transformative landscape design, urban design, masterplanning and landscape planning. Their mission is to help create and transform places so they offer real meaning and value to the people that will use them.
